本课程专为女性设计，以传统「暖宫养巢」理念结合现代芳疗科学，深入解析女性生理养护的核心需求。课程由资深芳疗师亲授，透过精选温性精油如乳香、生姜与天竺葵等，调配专属暖宫复方油，并教授腹部与腰骶部的专业按摩手法，直达经络，激活气血循环。学员将掌握针对宫寒、经痛、手脚冰冷及产后虚寒的调理技巧，亲手制作30ml个人化暖宫按摩油，赋能自我照顾能力，由内而外焕发温暖与活力。

This course is specially designed for women, integrating the traditional Chinese concept of "warming the uterus and nourishing the ovaries" with modern aromatherapy science. It addresses core needs of women's physiological health. Taught by senior aromatherapists, the course guides participants in blending personalized warming essential oil formulas using selected warm-natured oils such as frankincense, ginger, and geranium. Professional massage techniques for the abdomen and lumbosacral area will be taught to stimulate meridians and activate qi and blood circulation. Participants will learn methods to address cold uterus, menstrual cramps, cold hands and feet, and postnatal recovery, while creating their own 30ml personalized warming massage oil, empowering them with self-care practices to radiate warmth and vitality from within.
