This workshop explains the therapeutic effects and contraindications of essential oils, their effects on the body and their blending methods. Participants will learn to blend natural massage oils and use aromatic care oils to address body puffiness associated with fluid retention and the traditional Chinese concept of dampness, through approaches described as supporting lymphatic detoxification and sweating.

Includes workshop materials and one 30 ml bottle of dampness-, oedema- and detoxification-care massage oil.
